Initially I thought that I would not need to book, that everything would be intuitive and easy to understand. But there are some things you just book learning keyboard shortcuts, making each application that the file structure looks like, etc. Apple Mac Mini Desktop book is very interesting and fun to read. Pogue has a good sense of humor and does a great job pointing out the features of this OS. I have found countless "" Oh, how you do it! "" Tips so far, from the mundane, "" How do you right-click "?" For the specialist, "" How can I share with my network Windows XP?, Vista, Linux and various machines "" It covers Apple Mac Mini Desktop all - I mean EVERYTHING. I can not recommend this book highly enough, especially for novice computer users and those of us switching from a Windows machine. I'm Windows, Unix, Linux and are certified to Wazoo, and even I needed this book to me to go. There is so much tips and tricks that you learn - things that make sense and which enhance your experience with this well-designed OS. Every penny of this book will be well worth it.
